Product Introduction
The EM580 series inverters, independently developed by Ouhua Transmission, 
offer both sensorless and sensored vector control current vector inverters. They 
utilize an internationally advanced current closed-loop control algorithm and 
are suitable for a variety of high-standard drive applications. They offer 
exceptionally high output torque at startup and low speeds, and their rich 
feature set and simple operation allow you to easily meet various drive 
requirements.
Function Introduction:
1. Output power range: 0.75KW~400KW.
2. Support speed sensorless (open loop) vector control and speed sensor 
(closed loop) vector control.
3. High starting torque. It can output 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz in 
open-loop vector control and 180% rated torque at 0Hz in closed-loop vector 
control.
4. Overload capacity: 150% rated current for 60s, 180% rated current for 
3s.
5. Automatic voltage regulation output (AVR): When the grid voltage changes, 
the output voltage can be kept constant.
6. Fast current limiting function: When the load increases, it minimizes 
overcurrent faults and protects the normal operation of the inverter.
7. Motor grounding protection: Detect whether the motor is grounded when 
powered on to protect the motor to the maximum extent.
8. Motor overheat protection card: can be connected to PT100 or PT1000 
thermistor to detect the motor temperature to protect the motor from 
overheating.
9. Rich expansion cards: can adapt to a variety of input and output terminal 
expansion cards, relay output expansion cards, etc.
10. Communication: Stable RS485 communication, adapted to isolated 485 
communication card, with strong anti-interference ability.
11. Parameter backup and restore: After the user sets the parameters, they 
can be backed up and restored with one click.
