Product Introduction

The EM700 series permanent magnet synchronous motor drivers utilize the industry's leading sensorless vector control algorithm, enabling permanent magnet synchronous motors to achieve optimal performance under open-loop control. They are widely used in industries such as new energy vehicles, air compressors, high-speed magnetic levitation fans, ceramic ball mills, and mining machinery.

Function Introduction:

1. Power range: 0.75KW~500KW.

2. Use speed sensorless (open loop) vector control.

3. High starting torque, open loop vector control can output 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz;

4. PG card: Differential encoder PG card, resolver PG card and open collector encoder PG card are optional.

5. Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR): Maintains constant output voltage when grid voltage fluctuates.

6. Superior Braking Performance: When rapid stopping is required, a suitable brake resistor enables rapid stopping.

7. Protective Features: Due to the high levels of metal dust and oil contamination found in lathes and other environments, the driver incorporates special protective measures specifically designed for these challenging environments to ensure normal operation.

8. Parameter backup and restore: After the user sets the parameters, they can be backed up and restored with one click .
