Product Introduction

The EM600 series permanent magnet synchronous motor driver adopts the industry's top sensorless vector control algorithm, allowing the permanent magnet synchronous motor to achieve optimal performance under open-loop control. It is widely used in new energy vehicles, air compressors, ceramic ball mills and other industries.

Function Introduction:

1. Power range: 0.75KW~450KW .

2. Use speed sensorless (open loop) vector control.

3. High starting torque, open loop vector control can output 150% rated torque at 0.5Hz ;

4. PG card: Differential encoder PG card ( EM580-PG1 ) and open collector encoder PG card ( EM580 -PG2 ) are optional.

5. Automatic voltage regulation output ( AVR ): When the grid voltage changes, the output voltage can be kept constant.

6. Excellent braking performance: When quick stopping is required, suitable braking resistor can achieve quick stopping.

7. Protection function: Due to the high metal dust and oil pollution in lathes and other places, the driver has made special protection measures for such bad environments to ensure the normal operation of the driver.

8. Parameter backup and restore: After the user sets the parameters, they can be backed up and restored with one click.
