The EM590-QM series ball mill dedicated inverter adopts advanced vector control algorithm. In view of the fact that the ball mill is particularly difficult to start after sedimentation, the EM590-QM series ball mill dedicated inverter has a unique eccentric grinding function, which can easily start the ball mill no matter how serious the sedimentation is.

2. Speed sensorless vector control.
3. High starting torque, can output 180% rated torque at 0.5Hz.
4. Quick grinding: After the ball mill has settled, turn the eccentric switch
to the "eccentric" position and start easily.
5. Automatic voltage regulation output (AVR): When the grid voltage changes,
the output voltage can be kept constant.
6. Ultra-wide power supply voltage range: All accessories of the ball mill
dedicated inverter are DC powered, so the power supply voltage requirement is
reduced, and the lowest can be as low as -20%.
7. Motor grounding protection: Real-time monitoring of whether the motor is
grounded and whether the output is equal, to provide all-round protection for
the motor.
8. Energy saving function: built-in stage operation function with adjustable
time and frequency, which can set the corresponding frequency and time according
to different grinding conditions. It can automatically stop when the time is
reached, and can monitor the total running time, elapsed running time and
