Product Introduction
Spindle servo drives are primarily used for positioning and pulse
synchronization. When used in machine tool spindle applications, they enable
closed-loop control of the spindle motor with an encoder, offering fast response
and smooth speed. They can also be used in conjunction with various host
computer systems (CNC systems) to achieve various functional requirements,
including accurate spindle stopping, rigid tapping, and indexing
positioning.
Function introduction:
1. Power range: 0.75KW~132KW .
2. Support speed sensorless (open loop) vector control and speed sensor
(closed loop) vector control.
3. High starting torque. When open-loop vector control is at 0.5Hz , it can
output 150% of rated torque; when closed-loop vector control is at 0Hz , it can
output 180% of rated torque.
4. PG card: Differential encoder PG card ( EM580-PG1 ) and open collector
encoder PG card ( EM580 -PG2 ) are optional.
5. Automatic voltage regulation output ( AVR ): When the grid voltage
changes, the output voltage can be kept constant.
6. Excellent braking performance: When quick stopping is required, suitable
braking resistor can achieve quick stopping.
7. Protection function: Due to the high metal dust and oil pollution in
lathes and other places, the driver has made special protection measures for
such bad environments to ensure the normal operation of the driver.
8. Parameter backup and restore: After the user sets the parameters, they can
be backed up and restored with one click.
