Product Introduction
The belt feeder is at the front end of mining machinery such as Raymond mill
and crusher. The feeding speed and feeding amount of the belt feeder play a key
role in the operation of the equipment. The traditional belt feeder uses a speed
regulating motor to manually control the feeding speed and amount. The feeding
speed does not change much, which is intermittent feeding. This not only
requires a dedicated person to be on duty for the feeder, but also causes uneven
feeding. Too much feeding will cause the Raymond mill to be blocked, and too
little feeding will result in low output. In response to the situation of this
equipment, our company has specially developed a dedicated frequency converter
for the feeder. It only needs to detect the motor current of the Raymond mill
with a mutual inductor and send it to the frequency converter to achieve
unmanned operation and uniform feeding, which greatly reduces costs and improves
efficiency.
Function Introduction:
1. Power range: 0.75KW~400KW .
2. Speed sensorless current vector control.
3. High starting torque, open loop vector control can output 150% rated
torque at 0.5Hz .
4. Simple control: A current transformer is passed through the main motor
line, and the detected current signal is connected to the inverter.
5. Automatic voltage regulation output ( AVR ): When the grid voltage
changes, the output voltage can be kept constant.
6. Excellent braking performance: When quick stopping is required, suitable
braking resistor can achieve quick stopping.
7. Protection function: Since there is a lot of dust in mining machinery such
as Raymond mill, the inverter has made special protection measures for such bad
environments to ensure the normal operation of the inverter.
8. Parameter backup and restore: After the user sets the parameters, they can
be backed up and restored with one click.
